Fantastic show, especially good to see the Vulcan flying! Much better Than the big shows , as you can get closer to the action.

The Airshow was fairly small but you were right next to the runway and saw the pilots get in and fly off. Others elements were the re enactments of battles which were ok but loud for smaller children.
better than you could imagine go dressed in 1940 sgear for the dinner and entertainment ...but if you cant either day will exceed your expectation
Went to this in 2011. Lots to look at and the show is very very good.
We also went for a ride in one of the tanks, which was a bit overpriced and a long wait, but worth it as a one off thing.
I would definitely recommend this as a day out, it has everything. Bring a picnic basket...

This is by far the best WW2 re-enacting event the UK now has, and to combine it with a flying show makes it above-and-beyond what most people can expect. The combination of the two is mostly unique and attracts different audiences and I think that helps. I have attended the show twice now as a re-enactor and am pleased to...

A fantastic day out - the Vulcan made it even more special. Despite the crowds, there was room to move about and good car park handling. Even getting away at the end of the day was fairly painfree!
A really great day out. The dedication and realism of the encampments are outstanding. The end of show mock battle has to be seen to be believed. The groups do a fantastic job of keeping the memories and sacrifices of our forebears alive. Excellent stuff.
BRILLIANT day out, WAY better than we expected. ONLY downer was that the Vulcan display was by far to short (Duxford airshow must have been more important) and to far away from crowdline. (Watched aircraft from my home in South Wigston on the Saturday, went to the show Sunday) Got better view of flying at home! That said....BRILLIANT SHOW!
A good show marred by insufficient toilets, no toilet rolls, no soap and toilets filthy! Also, not enough rubbish bins and the ones that were available were overflowing! Organisers take note - you need to up your game!
What a fantastic show again this year, it just gets bigger and better every year. This has been the 4th time I have gone along.
For anyone who likes history or mainly the 2nd world war period then this show is a must. There is normally a major battle on the main field that can be viewed from the safety...
