A great afternoon, we sought out this place as we love & keep horses and love what these people do to care for horses and re home them. Highlight was 2 new foals. Well worth a visit if you love horses as these people are awsome.

First let me say the horses are very well looked after and cared for and the staff obviously love them and their jobs and I commend them for it. It is a clean, well organised place and for the horse-side of the establishment I would easily give 4* if not more. The down side is that I feel the cafe,... More

The volunteers are so helpful and the place is a joy to visit, it also does so much worthwhile work. Food in the tea room is basic but well prepared.

I just love the commitment to rescuing horses and giving them the quality of life they deserve. The world should not need places like this but thank god they exist and horses neglected by the scum in our society get the best care and rehabilitation available.

This is the flagship venue of The International League for the Protection of Horses (ILPH) charity. It is well run, and welcomes visitors of all ages, and the horses are gorgeous. Well worth a visit, and a search in your pockets for a donation!
