We visit Stanley Park several times throughout the changing seasons and whether it's to watch the Heron's nesting on Heron Island in Spring or listen for a Woodpecker, to Autumn and Winter wildlife summer is always the best time to see the park in full bloom. I do wish they would repair the fountain in the Italian Gardens, it's long... More

We popped in here for our last visit attraction on the way home from our break in Blackpool. It was very interesting with all the mini dispays, people etc. They have little trains that run along and other things which make it feel like it is really a living village.

I had a nice walk in Stanley Park. A shame that the statues have been taken out because they get stolen! Could they be replaced with plastic or concrete copies? After the walk I enjoyed a very nice salad called Walk in the Park. Tasted as good as it looked!

We had done the pleasure beach and it's great fun but a day is enough. During our short break we had fantastic weather so we drove to this lovely park and went on motor driven boat amongst the swans and ducks and it was Bliss ,give it a try

Feed the ducks, Row a boat, throw some money in a well and make a wish, Trampolines and a great park for the kids. Always loved Stanley Park since I was knee high to a grasshopper. You can even do a spot of fishing too. Great day out and even greater when the sun shines. I highly recommend it.

A nice park away from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool. We went here on a lovely sunny saturday, the kids played on the huge play area, then we played football in the pitches next to the play area. Then we had lunch at the cafe before a bit of crazy golf. The kids also wanted to hire a motor... More
