Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Wordsworth House. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The house is well apppointed and a wonderful job of restoration after the flood several years ago. We would recommend this house to anyone who will be in the Cockermouth area. More

The house is a great introduction to Wordsworth's life. It's amazing that the Wordsworth house and garden are open atall after the terrible floods, and the Trust has done a good job of repairing the damage.
