We thoroughly enjoyed our day here. We went for the first flying display at 11.00am and walked through into the aviary area to immediately have one of the handlers say "want to hold a Golden Eagle?" I was thrilled to have this fabulous bird sitting on my hand within the first 5 minutes - wow, what a privilege! There are... More

Really glad that we visited this place, even though it was rainy and cold! The birds are amazing and you get to see them very close up. First impressions of birds who'd rather be flying around than sitting on their perches are quickly quashed - the expert doing the display demonstrated that they're never happier than when they're relaxing in... Took my husband for special surprise Eagles for Two experience. It was fantastic. This family owned enterprise offers a very up close and personal interaction with owls, falcons and eagles. It was amazing to learn about the art of falconry, the training of the birds and the great work being done to preserve species. You would have to go a... More

My husband bought me half of a package called Eagle Day for Two. My friend's husband go the other day for Christmas. We booked and attended yesterday. We had an amazing time. The centre at first seems quite small but the array of falcons, owls, vultures and eagles are excellent, with many being the first (and only) to have bred... More

We spent a day on an Eagle day at the centre and got to fly various hawks, and eagles. It was wet, cold and we had a brilliant day. Standing there with a big owl on your wrist is one hell of an experience and when a gold eagle is standing on your arm and flapping its 6-8 foot wings... More

We spent the whole day at the Cotswold Falconry Centre - we watched three of the four flying dispays which were first class, each lasting approx. 1 hour - Mark and Chris who were flying the birds made the demostrations very interesting and informative. There were many aviaries to view, with owls and raptors from around the the world. All... More

A must visit if your in the area, so many good trip advisor reviews cant be wrong. The day we visited it did tip it down with rain but to be fair to the wardens at the centre they still did the flying exhibitions while getting totally soaked. Amazing watching the big birds of prey fly off into the distance... More

This stop was such a pleasant surprise. My husband has always been interested in birds of prey, so I suggested a stop here for him. I found the bird demonstrations captivating and learned so much from the bird handler. Our favorite was the owl, but all of the bird 'show' was captivating. There is quite a large collection of birds... More

My wife and I have today spent a whole wonderful day at the Cotswold Falconry Centre. There was a wide range of birds of prey and the flying displays were very informative. There is also next to the Centre a garden centre that does excellent food and lunches

We learned so much and had a lot of fun doing it. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lots of aviaries to view between flying displays. Great day out!
