A small but quality art space, tucked away, but do find it....a stone's throw from St Ia's Church....some superb pottery and art work.

We popped in and had a look round. Some of the pictures were quite good but not many were to our taste. There was an artists there but he ignored us - looking at other reviews it seems better if they talk to you and make you more welcome so maybe we went on a good day. Prices seemed reasonable... More

lovely gallery with a great selection of various medium - defintely worth a visit

We only popped in because it began to rain but were so glad we did. It's nice to see artwork displayed like this...I even bought a painting.

We visited the various galleries around St Ives and found this to be OK but nothing worth purchasing in it. Now that the original gent in charge has retired it seems various artists are visiting in 'stints'. The one there over half term was friendly but the art was not anything I'd buy.

unforunately Mr Gilbert has now retired and the gallery and its atmosphere has completely changed.

As well as housing some of the most interesting and prestigious modern art to be seen in St. Ives this gallery is worth visiting to meet the wonderful Henry Gilbert.
