This garden covers a huge area, and unfortunately we were very limited to time so only saw a small part of it.However, that said, I would definitely go there again if I was in that part of Cornwall. There is one central pathway with lots of smaller ones meandering off, with interesting experiences around every corner! The tea room was... More

This garden has structure, views, colour (in May, at least) and variation. To cap it all the restaurant is brilliant!

Really enjoyed a lovely few hours strolling around this beautiful garden. The walk up to the terrace is well worth it for the view over the bay and to finish off with a visit to the cafe was most welcome for some refreshments.

We love it here, they do less pretentious food, this takes nothing away as the ingredients are fabulous quality and so well presented, we had a jacket potato each but felt as if we had something much posher! Must buy....raspberry and balsamic dressing!

Late spring meant not much in flower. The camellias were beautiful, but there was not much else to see. Terrace has a good view of Mount' Bay in the background. Lots of the garden is the same. Great cafe for lunch.

This place has lovely gardens with fantastic views, not your average National Trust property. Unfortunately you can't go in the house but there are lots of gardens to explore. You start at the bottom of a hill and work your way up to the top of the hill through all the gardens. The views at the top are absolutely stunning.... More

The gardens surround the private trengwainton house; the garden offers a pleasant stroll through differnt areas - although you may need to refer to the map provided at reception to be able to see where you are as this isn't immediately obvious in areas. The walled garden's are used by community groups as well as the national trust and it... More

This was our second visit and the gardens change so much according to the season. The National Trust look after the place so well I felt proud to be a member. Will definitely visit again when next in Cornwall.
