I visited Lappa Valley with my 2 year old Daughter, Husband and Mum during our holiday and after doing a little research found that you could save a bit of money on your ticket if coming in the afternoon from 2pm onwards. As you arrive, you are greeted by the train station and a little play park. You get on... More

Great day out with a 2 and 3 year old. Lots of different activities to keep the children entertained. We would definitely go back. The owners work hard at every element of the park and are genuinely thinking about the children and not taking mummy and daddy's money.

This was our second visit to Lappa Valley and my son loved it once again. The steam train ride to the actual site is lovely in the sunshine and once you get there everything else is included in the price. We took my 3 year old canoeing on the lake (18 inches of water) and he loved it, well so... More

My 3yr old son absolutely loves trains so thought going on the trains was wonderful, which is why i would rate it 3 out of 5, plus the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Those are the positives. The negative for me was value for money as I dont think it was at all. Going on our previous experiences and... More

My kids LOVE this place. We go at least once a year, and when we're not here, we're watching their You Tube videos. A wonderful day out. We usually picnic with friends, ride all the trains, enjoy a train ride to the playground in the woods and then have a nice stroll back to the main attractions. The kids enjoy... More

The staff were very friendly, it was very clean, plenty to do and lots of space to get away from it all if you wanted to. Unlike most visitor attractions the food and coffee etc was good value... We took our daughters to the Lappa Valley Steam Railway yesterday. I am by no means a train enthusiast, but have to admit that the miniature trains were a delight. Dotted along the trains journeys are little surprises for passengers to spot - crocodiles, pirates, fairies....though a lot of fun to spot, some of them looked a little tired. There... More
