I often visit Waddesdon Manor when I visit family living nearby. The Manor and gardens are stunning. The restaurant services great food and the shop has interesting pates, cheeses and wines. Lots to do for everyone and if you join the National Trust you can visit as often as you like. More

Waddesdon Manor is an amazing treasure trove of paintings, antiques and furniture. Could be boring but really isn't- the collection is simply stunning. Enjoyed a lovely day at Waddesdon Manor despite the rain! The Manor house is beautiful inside and out and the gardens a delight to walk around. The Aviary is very ornate and there were some very rare birds to see. The staff were freindly, knowledgable and very helpful. Recommend the food, especially the cakes, which were delicious!
