Cornish Rock Tors is an adventure sports company based in Polzeath on the north coast of Cornwall. Specialising in Coasteering, Sea Kayaking, Rock Climbing and Powerboat tours, we are in the perfect location to provide world-class outdoor experiences in the most awe-inspiring surroundings, where the dramatic sea cliffs of Cornwall meet the Atlantic ocean. Set up in 2006 by two friends with a passion for extreme adventure activities, Cornish Rock Tors is now a thriving outdoor centre, employing numerous full time, seasonal and freelance staff from the local area.We offer tailor made adventure packages for complete beginners all the way through to seasoned adrenaline junkies, covering half day trips to multiple day courses in Rock Climbing, Coasteering and Sea Kayaking. The north Cornish coastline between Newquay, Padstow and Bude is our playground for adventure, with stunning venues for Coasteering and Sea Kayaking and plentiful wildlife to watch on one of our Powerboat tours. For Rock Climbing we have venues all over the south west; from the sea cliffs between Lands End, Sennen and St Ives, to the Lizard, Bodmin moor and Dartmoor.We cater for individuals, family groups, school and youth groups, stag and hen parties and corporate teams, and we also provide activity gift vouchers as the perfect adventure present. We are based on Polzeath beach, where you will find our giant stripy blue gazebo on the sand between the Lifeguard hut and the Wavehunters Surf School which is on the right hand side of the beach as you look out to sea. We had a wonderful boat trip along the beautiful coastline from Rock to St Quinn. Matthew the skipper was an excellent guide, he was very knowledgeable and handled the boat well. This is the second time I have done the rib boat trip and both times proved to be highly exhilarating and informative. The first time I went, a couple of years ago, I saw lots of seals along with sea birds, this time I had the full dolphin experience! It was spectacular. The dolphins followed the boat for about an...
