The Holy Trinity Cathedral is a gem amidst the compact, Catholic, stone city of Quebec. The exterior is all neoclassical balance and boldness. The interior is splendid: pragmatic woodwork, polychromatic stained glass, and white curved walls all peppered with historical highlights. This is a pretty church worth a visit if you enjoy this sort of thing. I believe it was the first Anglican church set up outside of the British Isles. They have a gift shop and offers tours (though I don't think they are offered during the off season). More

Despite being in the midst of French and Catholic Quebec there is an Anglican Cathedral right in the middle of Quebec City. The church building is nice enough by itself but we discovered a special treat. This is nice Anglican cathedral right in the heart of the old city next to the Basilica and across from the Hotel de Ville. From the outside it looks plain but inside it is like a museum with old pohotgraphs, plaques and writings commeratinhg churh patrons. The altar is nice and there is an organ in the back.
