This is a must see-- the artwork is amazing and the artists are more than willing to talk to you about their work. They are also very low key-- no pressure to buy--and they encourage you to explore all of the styles on display before buying a piece.
Some very talented artists display their work along here - some pieces are stunning. Worth a quick walk to visit and have a look around. The best place in the area to buy some art, as you can get some good deals
I love this little street in Old Quebec city. You can really find amazing paintings and art! I haven't purchased anything, but even if you don't it's worth going just to look at the art!

Near Place d'Armes and close to Ste-Anne street, la Rue du Trésor is absolutely charming. Here you will be delighted by the crafstmanships and paintings of all kinds. Again, the French charm of Québec is reflected in this outdoor art gallery. A must place to see and stroll.
Rue du Tresor has side alleys with many artists displaying their work. You can have your face painted or your portrait painted. This is a very quaint and interesting part of Old Quebec. It is really the hub of all the activity.
