We recently went on the cheese and chocolate tour of Queen West. Trina was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgable of the area and chose some great places to visit. I was not a big tea drinker, but after Tealish, I will be! We went to D'Lish, where I ate the best cupcakes I've ever had. Cheesewerks was very cool... More

My friend surprised me today with a walking tour in the Queen West area of Toronto for a delightful Cheese and Chocolate tour. This is my first tour and there were 7 of us in total who participated. It was fantastic! With the owner bringing her knowledge and some of the "best of the best" to the tour, I can... More

We were interested in doing a culinary tour in Toronto but couldn't find a tour that worked with the time we were looking for. We opted to do a 'self-guided tour' through Chowbella. Experience with Chowbella: My e-mails were always promptly responded to by Trina - I love quick replies! Trina even helped with some reservations with restaurants that were... More

Trina took us through several West Queen West local shops, owners. Many are small businesses who take their chocolate and cheese seriously. I loved the tea shop (chocolate mint - amazing), and the chocolate shop. Trina is a great guide - who knows just enough about each shop/business and what makes each of them unique and different. If I lived... More

I took the chocolate and cheese tour with a friend on a "Girl's Getaway" weekend. It was the best part of the weekend. Trina was so personable and easy to talk to. All of the food stops were fun and delicious. We had generous tastings at each stop. It was nice to chat with the owners of the restarants. I... More

We spent a lovely afternoon on a cheese and chocolate tour, guided by our very personable guide,Trina Hendry. We had great fun chatting with the chefs or owners, sampling delicious treats and discovering an area of the city we weren't familiar with. We will definitely be back to visit the restaurants Trina introduced us too and look forward to taking... More

we went on the chocolate and cheese tour. Everything we sampled was delicious, and we discovered some new restaurants that I will definitely want to check out again. All in all a great tour, and a wonderful idea to combine a tour of cheese and chocolate two of my favourite foods! I would be happy to go on another Chowbella... More

My mom and I went on this tour, and absolutely loved it! Even though only the two of us had signed up, Trina didn't cancel, and gave us a personal tour instead. The food was to die for. We tried so many things that we were ridiculously full, and each tasting was was somehow better than the last! The personal... More

What a surprise! Who knew that West Queen West had such delicious treats! My husband and I just completed a tour with Chowbella’s Trina Hendry and thoroughly enjoyed every place that she took us to. We learned all about oils and vinegars from Bill at The Spice Trader and the differences between herbal and black teas at Tealish. Trina is... More

Trina Hendry led us on a fantastic cheese and chocolate tour in the Queen St west area which is a part of Toronto that we don't normal frequent. She led us to special spots that we had forgotten about or never knew existed! My husband and I enjoy good food and we were so delighted to have had the opportunity... More
