Can't really call this a tourist area. Waterfront overlooks the industrial side of Kingston.
used to go camping there yearly for Cork, kids have grown, but still a nice place to visit
Lake Ontario Park used to be one of a couple of focal points in Kingston for special open air events. The park has recently fallen into disrepair. However, Kingston Council have recently budgeted for significant repairs and improvements to the park. Great location that could be a great park once again.
There are no longer any rides or amusements at Lake Ontario Park. It still is a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the lake and Kingston's history though.
