The park offers more than just the bridge - its surrounding 27 acres celebrate nature, history and culture in unique and thrilling ways. No more so than with its newest attraction, CLIFFWALK. Cliffwalk hangs for a heart-stopping 213m (700ft) and reaches 91m (300ft) high. This stunning walkway, made partly of glass, hugs the granite cliffside as it offers a panoramic view of the thriving rainforest and the canyon far below. On Treetops Adventure guests venture from one magnificent old growth Douglas-fir to another on a series of seven elevated suspension bridges, reaching as high as 100 feet (30m), for a squirrel’s eye view of the forest. Guides, signage and interactive human and natural history exhibits throughout the park help guests in their understanding of delicate rainforest ecosystems and the sustainability of this precious environment. All this only minutes from downtown Vancouver. « less

I love bridges especially suspension bridges so this was the top of my list! The ride to Capilano takes you through Stanley Park. It gives you a chance to see the Seawall path and the park. Upon arriving at Capilano, it did not seem busy for a Saturday morning. This park has a little bit of everything from totems to... More

We found the Capilano Suspension Bridge park online before traveling, and we had it as one of our primary stopping places on our quick trip to Vancouver. It ended up being just a few blocks from our hotel in North Vancouver, which was very convenient. This is our first visit to the Pacific Northwest, and the bridges were a fun... More

The trip through the Canyon area is great all by itself. The bridge is breathtaking. Due to physical limitations I couldn't go out on it any real distance, but did enjoy the view. It's in a rain-forest so take wet-weather gear. I'd call it a "must see" for visits to the area. There is a gift shop (but it was... More

Shuttles leave regularly from downtown to take you to the park. Rain or shine, make sure you include this in your next trip to Vancouver. They provide free rain ponchos for this safe and extremely interesting tour. It's self guided so take the time you want to do it. The infrastructures are beautifully integrated to nature and really help you... More

The Capilano Bridge Park was a wonderful escape from everyday living. In strong winds, the bridge is shaky and scary; yet, it makes you feel a sense of accomplishment to get across...and it's fun! The trees and grounds are magnificent and very well kept. The bird show was fantastic, and very personal. The staff in the gift shop was lovely... More

What a wonderful experience tour this was. Towering above the gorge and river below, the bridge takes you to and from new experiences. Walking the boardwalk high amongst the trees was great but even more so was the cliff wall walk. AMAZING and so much to learn during this tour. WENT WITH LANDSEA TOURS. They are FANTASTIC AND THANKS 'RYAN'... More

Amazing and terrifying! Yikes! I'm afraid of heights! We had a blast though. The tree top village was great and the least scary. The Suspension Bridge was amazing. The Cliff Walk was terrifying. I wish I was brave enough to stop look around and take some photos but I was not stopping. My son absolutely loved it here and it... More

I have been to the suspension bridge about 3-4 times, the latest being this December. The overall park has a very joyous theme to it and the bridge is everything that it is made out to be but in a very safe manner. During christmas, the park is covered with lights and B.C. residents get a 1 year free admission... More
