The staff at the Information Centre are extremely pleasant and helpful. There is also a small gift shop area and maps and other material abound.

Good knowledge of where bears etc can be seen and will happily inform of weather conditions for ski lifts etc. Very nice people to talk with.

If you are not sure what to do or where to go, stop in here! The staff are excellent and very helpful. The only issue is that there sometimes isnt enough staff for the amount of tourists that stop by here and sometimes you have to wait awhile to talk to someone.

Very knowledgeable park staff ready and willing to offer info and advice on all surrounding activities and whatever else the parks offer at any given time of year.

When we arrived we visited the Info Centre to find out about the highlights around Jasper. Most likely due to the time of year, after the summer and before winter season, much was under maintenance and therefore closed. The Info could not help is out much with that, even though we drove a four wheel vehicle.
