We were there when it was a sunny but windy day. We walked on the trails around the fall a bit and found out there are different views you can get around the area. It's good to walk around the trails, don't just take some photos of the fall and leave then you will find the beauty of the nature. More

Awesome...amazing scenery and pathways. Lots of room for the kids to wander near the water and still be safe. We will be back. More

Make sure if you have time to visit the falls in the morning as there are very few people and great opportunities to get some amazing pictures. There are several trails in the area so come prepared to do some hiking along the river. More

Take the hiking path to the left and you're heading up the falls. But the views are nicer. As well, on the other side of the road from the parking lot you'll see a sign for Walhaus. If you take that trail up, you'll end up at the Fairmount Banff Springs hotel (approx 5-10 hike upwards). More

We were told, May 2012, that we would not see much there but on arrival the falls were in fantastic spate despite the snow not being fully melted on the mountains, even the bus driver photgraphed them!. More

The energetic falls are in a beautiful setting amongst the snow-capped mountains. It was used as backdrop scenery for a Marilyn Monroe film called the River to Nowhere. More

really isn't that impressive. The slanted rock slabs on the banks are more interesting. More

Saw the falls. Nice to see so much water at this time of the year with the snow melt. Worth the short drive. More
