Had to get a notary. Responsive to email. Phone is answered by bi-lingual staff. Exceptional service. Located downstairs in the Palmilla shops area. Ask anyone to point you in the right direction More

Long waits while the lady chats with friends. Not very business-like. Expensive for any operations. $50 U.S. for notary service. More

The Consulate has changed locations from Cabo San Lucas to Tiendas Palmilla in San Jose. They are very helpful and when my niece's passport expired while here they had alternative travel ideas so she could return right away. More
