Did the half-day excursion, was perfect. Three ziplines was plenty, and an hour of snorkeling was just right. The guide (Cerbando?) did a wonderful job taking care of us.

Best cenotes in Playa del Carmen. As other reviewers mentioned, go in the afternoon. It was just us and our tour guide, Carlos. Would reccommended the tour guide, informative and will take you to parts that you might not neccessarily enter on your own. There is no extra cost for the tour guide, he works on tips.

We took a taxi from our hotel - 150 pesos. We did the 360 peso package. Our two 8 year olds were only charged 200 for the package. We loved it. Really incredible site. Can't imagine having done it without a guide - just to take us through it. We had the taxi come back for us in two hours... More
