On Time, clean boats, organized with what they planned. We traveled to Isla Mujeres and it was fun and the boats traveled to/from port frequently.

Easy, quick, inexpensive service to Isla Mujeres. Cost is $17 pp roundtrip. Great day trip on your own schedule to Isla from Cancun. Lots of little shops and beachside restaurants on Isla Mujeres to spend a day. Food & beverage prices are a lot more reasonable than in Cancun too. :)

The waiting area was not very nice on isla mujeres. Herded like cattle and hot. Ceiling fans would help. Limited space on top deck which was only place for fresh air. we went to isla mejeures. it was cheap quick and easy. you are forced to endure terrible singing /music for tips!

The Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres was easy to find. The professional staff led us through the trip and there was even entertainment on the ride. What's not to like? Always a seat available. Sometimes there is live music. Soft drinks and Beer available. And they stick to the posted schedule.
