We wandered into this shop and had the best experience learning about the art so we had a much better understanding of what we were purchasing. We would highly recommend a visit to this shop if you are interested in Huichol Indian Folk Art. Kevin, the shop owner, truly loves to share his knowledge with his customers. More

I collect folk art - specifically the Los Muertos skeleton figurines. After scouring all the stores in PV, I settled on this store because they represented the most authentic pieces I could find. My friend and I kept going back to the Huichol gallery. The story behind the craft is amazing and a book can be purchased at the gallery about the history. The staff were so fun and friendly. If you are looking for a genuine example of a fair trade cooperative while you are in Puerto Vallarta, don't miss this little store in the downtown area.
