I regularly visit Spa Esencia and their service is consistently excellent! From the moment you step foot into this oasis in port of span, you feel tranquility all around. the staff is attentive, professional and extemely pleasant. That's why I go back so frequently!!

Never a doubt the service at Hyatt Regency Trinidad is up to par, the same goes for the service at Spa Esencia. From making the appointment to the time I left I was treated very well. The treatment and care I received from the staff and the service was worth it. Thank you and will be coming back again.

One of the better spas around. Expensive which you expect being in the Hyatt.But great service,wide range of options and use of fitness centre and pool add to the enjoyment.

I did a pedicure at spa ans in less than a week the polish lifted. I only then discovered a whitening and thick nail underneath! Which was alarming. What can I say? this is a great place to be if you want to be pampered and relaxed. The Service is truly world class, the rooms are beautiful and the bonus is that you get free access to the fitness centre and the pool when you book your treatments at Spa Esencia. Happy pampering!
