I went to Rebecca's Cave, an easy bike ride from our hotel, the Cayman Brac Beach Resort. Named after an 18 month old girl who died during a terrible hurricane, it has served as a hurricaine shelter for residents. It made me think about what it must be like to be on this tiny, isolated, wonderful island in horrible weather.... More

The caves are all very nice - Peter's cave has the best views out of the island, Bat and Skull caves are very nice and the GREAT cave has a fun climb. Overall, you can tackle all these caves in a few short hours and it is a lot of fun. It does get a little claustrophobic, so keep that... More

There is nothing to dislike. Wonderful experience and great photo opportunities. Bring a torch. If you have mobility problems you may have difficulty with the ladder climbs.

Our island guide took us to all the caves. They are small, well-maintained, and interesting. A fun thing for the whole family when you are not diving their truly excellent reefs.

Hanging out in the caves was cool - bring flashlights and wear good shoes for scampering about slippery surfaces!

Bat caves were fun. Make sure you take a flash light so you can lookup into the crevices for bats. We only saw 2 bats, but the caves themself are fun to explore.

This review is for the "Great Cave" located in the bluff face on the very end of road on the on the south coast. About a 20 min drive from the airport - you can park at edge of the paved end of the road. To enter it you, you walk up a short path and then you need to... More

Exploring caves are new to me. Brac have lots of caves to go to but we weren't prepared for it. For those who thinks that we only need flip flops, bring your terrain shoes with you. Brac is rocky and there are a lot of sharp rocks on the beaches, and of course the caves. The only sad part about... More

I read a previous review that said the cavees were nothing special, just caves. I guess that's one point of view. None of them are Carlsbad Caverns, but they are interesting, generally easy to explore, and each has its own personality. Rebecca's Cave is a small entry walk-in to a chamber where you can see the grave of an 18... More
