Having worked in the spa industry, my standards for what makes a spa stand out as extraordinary are pretty high. Hibiscus was nice and the treatments were solid, but don't book an appointment here and expect anything more than your basic day spa type experience. We booked a couples massage, which was great and relaxing. Treatment was super, as was the sauna/whirlpool areas, and the staff was gracious and attentive. My sister and I got mani/pedis for my wedding here and they did a fabulous job. My French manicure had nice clean lines and looked very natural and my pedicure lasted for weeks. They were very nice, adding a bit of conversation but being quiet enough that we could enjoy the moment together.
