I jogged from Fond St Jacques right the way across St. Lucia to Micoud and then back again. I have to say that as a trail runner always seeking out the lost and interesting this was one of the greatest runs that I have done. What a day this turned out to be! One of the hottest for a jungle trek but learned so much about my passion: tropical plants and herbs - lots of unusual as well as familair plants on offer - do go!
