Once in OSJ be sure to take the ferry to the Bacardi rum plant. The tour is very informative and the 2 free rum drinks are wonderful.

This has been my third Bacardi tour and definitely the best and informative one. Dru did an excellent job as a tour guide.
My second trip to Puerto Rico and I had to bring my mom, It was mothers day weekend.
This trip does not fail, it takes what 2 hours out of your time. Took a $.50 ferry each way to the island, paid $3 each way for a van ride to the factory. It is beautiful and very interesting plus you...

the ferry ride over was short but scenic.Grab yourself a snack and a cocktail for the ferry ride over.

this was the worst tour of a factory I have ever been on. They don't show you anything. You watch a movie, then look at a replica of how they made rum in the 1900's. then go outside and get 2 free drinks. This is something you can skip

Glad we went; free drinks with our tour. Interesting but not terribly so. See a movie and nothing "real". Gift shop where you can purchase rum reasonably priced.
My husband and I enjoyed the tour of the Bacardi Distillery Tour. We took the ferry from Old San Juan at Pier 2 ($1/person round trip and leaves every twenty minutes) and then took a colectivo taxi van to the distillery ($3 per person). There are vans waiting to taxi people back to the ferry at the end of the...
