Love the seven mile beach in Negril. Great to walk, safe to walk, beautiful sunsets and unbelievably uncrowded. Resorts take great pride in keeping the beach clean and you can't beat the sunsets at Negril.

I enjoyed the crystal clear waters of Seven Mile, but was a little disappointed. You are definitely solicited more here than at the West End and someone actually tried to force a marijuana joint into my boyfriends hand here. Don't be scared though, these are the scarier things that you read in the guide books, but it is really not... More

The Seven Mile Beach is well maintained in most places by Resorts, although parts were just natural reserves for rasta and local jerk chicken bars-eateries desired to be cleaner from plastic and glass bottles and aluminum cans...May be I didn't understand that was just , recycling depot...Anyway..The sunset views are spectacular from this beach.

Went here to visit a beach with great, clean beach water and more exclusive. The water was FABULOUS and so was the FOOD!! We decided to stay and have dinner, at the suggestion of our Taxi driver, Lee... and we were pleasantly surprised!! The Rum Punch (only $5 US) was EXCELLENT!! If you are not a cat person, however, you... More

Great for walking, watching people and getting your feet wet or playing in the water. Not too crowded. Clean beach.

I love walking on the seven mile beach whether in the early morning or after sunset. The beach is rather safe to swim in even if you cannot swim as it is very shallow a far way out. The water is mostly clear and rather inviting. There used to be more sand on the beach but the sea seems to... More
