We set up this tour through a travel agency. I felt it was a little expensive, but I still had a good time. The dolphin tour is more expensive so we ended up doing the shark and sea lion tour. It was pretty cool petting the sea lion. A little weird having a shark swim up behind you without you... More

We did the Dolphin Explorer with a group of 5 people as well as two people watching. For the two people watching it was $35 each to attend. If you don't want to spend money on the pictures, I recommend this because they are allowed to take photos, although they of course aren't as good as the professional pictures. The... More

Actually the experience with the dolphins is great and the kids will always remember that. My wife went with the kids but I could go quite close to the show with the dolphins. The good thing is that I could see my family and all the other groups at the same time. The awful part is that the staff is... More

HINTs: 1. go for the "Dolphin explorer extreme" package even if is more expensive it is worth it (there will max 10 persons and 2 dolphins to interact with (1 hour) and you will also get to play with sea lions (half hour), sharks + sting rays (half hour) 2. rent a scuba-diving costume, it's just 5usd and will keep... Lots of waiting around when we first arrived. Sit here, watch this video, sit over here, watch this video, sit over here, get your life vest, sit over there etc etc. about 40 minutes of sitting around and getting shuffled around until we were actually in the water. We did the extreme package and enjoyed every minute. You are not... More

Loved it! Great day out. Sealion show was brilliant and the Dolphin experience was great. Group not too big and our picture package was not too expensive (barter!) and are superb!

Overall the trip was a little pricey for what we got. Try and talk the sales rep down they always start high. The Wife and I had a great swim with the dolphins. Learned a lot and would recommend it to anyone. Make sure to plan a full day, takes a minimum of 5 hours. Remeber to talk down the... More

Left at 9:50 am from the resort (20 minutes away) and returned at 3 :30 pm. The trip cost $110 per person and you get 30 minutes with 1 dolphins and 20 people in the water, where you get to dance and kiss the dolphin. 30 minute wait when we first arrived, then wait in line to be kissed by... More

Our first issue with Dolphin Explorer was that it took 7 hours total for a trip that should have at a maximum taken 4 hours including the drive there and back. 7 hours is entirely too long for a 30 minute dolphin swim. Overall, the workers were extremely unorganized and it seemed as though they wanted to stretch out our... More
