This lovely public square, with its colored houses, cute statuettes, locals carrying out their ordinary lives in their homes where the doors and windows are wide open is a perfect natural studio in itself for film shooting and picture taking. Ceramic workshop of the famous Cuban artist Martha Jimenez Perez is also at this place and should not be missed....

Plaza del Carmen is very attractive. Surrounded by pleasant houses and a couple of historic buildings. However, there are some amusing bronzes in the plaza - a group seated ladies - with an empty chair for you? to sit on and an old guy reading a newspaper, with space on the bench for you to sit on and look over...
