You hear par 3 and think why bother....but this one was a fun challenge. Enough so that we played it twice during our three day stay on the Island.

With its lush tropical surroundings, dramatic elevation changes and strong coastal winds, this challenging 2,684-yard course is designed to take your short game to new heights, requiring patience and prudent club selection. You’ll play through multiple bunkers and water hazards while three tee offerings on all 18 holes make it perfect for golfers of all skill levels. Rent shoes and clubs at the full-service Pro Shop, where you can also store your bag upon arrival or arrange for lessons from one of the course’s golf professionals.

This is a challenging par 3 golf course right on the grounds of the Fairmont Southampton. Club rentals available for only $40 and green fees are reasonable at $85. Pro shop attendants are very helpful and flexable, and really want everyone to have a pleasurable experience. This is an Executive par 59 course. It is great for a couple with limited golf skill, but challanging enough to keep the low handicapper from getting bored. Always in good shape, easy to get to by bus, moped or Taxi and they have decent rental clubs!

I am told this is the course if you want to imporve your short game. I am still learning after all these years and this course suits my speed and style. The views are spectacular and the staff and surroundings superb.

Not as tough as one may think unless it's very windy. Very busy with locals. Greens and fairways are fantastic. Don't forget to bring your camera.
