I like this garden, but it was not life changing, like the other sites I saw in St. George's. The most interesting part is what I could not see. The founder of the town, Somers, heart is buried under the monument in the park, which made me want to stop by. But, the park itself leaves much to be desires.... More

I didn't expect to see such a nice garden as this. I liked walking, visiting and just relaxing in its charm and beautiful flora.

Somers Garden is a pretty, quiet little spot, so if you're looking for a place to get away from some of the tourists and just relax and take in the beauty of Bermuda, this is a lovely place to do it. It's not that large, so I can't imagine spending too much time here, but if you have a chance... More

It is lovely to stroll through the garden. It is well kept and relaxing and they seem to be doing some improving too. Strolling is really what one does in Bermuda.

And that's saying something, since I loved just about everything! This amazing sunken garden is a botanical delight. Lots of species, well laid out and maintained. It has several monuments, but nothing intrusive, And they have a lovely moon gate, for which Bermuda is known, Do. Not. Miss. This!

A perfect place for a reception of any kind. Colourful and very well tended.A wide variety of foliage and the famous Bermuda Moongate is in there too. Good opening hours.

A nicely maintained city garden with specimen plantings and flowers, rest a while and enjoy the quiet beauty during your exploration of St. George.

I was interested in seeing the connections to Jamestown, Virginia - where George Somers was headed when his ship wrecked at Bermuda in 1609. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained.

We enjoyed strolling around this garden and were pretty much on our own. There was a guy raking the paths and everything was very clean. They have some nice flowers/plants and it's a great place to take some pics.

Getting hot wandering around St. George's? Find a bench here and rest a few minutes. There isn't much spectacular to see here in this sunken garden, with one major exception. Here lie the remains (or at least part of them) of Sir George Somers, a leading figure in the history of Bermuda. Check out the historic markers. I don't want... More
