Me and my husband got married on long bay and stayed at the resort there. Beautiful, relaxing and calm water. Very secluded! More

Long bay may have the clearest water of the beaches we visited in Antigua (it's toss up with Darkwood Beach), but not as clear as some other locations in the Caribbean. As other reviewers have said, the beach is not actually that big, and it can get pretty crowded. More

This beach really is lovely with golden sands but not any shells. At one end you have the Grand Pineapple hotel and at the other end is part of the Verandah hotel. Although it is a public beach it is not really busy apart from the section by the Pineapple hotel and even that part of the beach is never really... More

We had heard from reviews of our resort (Verandah Resort & Spa) that the beach here was nice with beautiful white sand and natural reefs for snorkeling. It's so close and free of charge, we just had to check it out. I'd recommend it as well. As some people have said, it does have better snorkeling, than the beach at... More

Nice sandy beach, well kept. One morning a lot a seaweed had washed up and there were several of workers spending all morning taking it away in barrows. Water sports available at a fee, hobie cats pedalos ets. Also quite good for snorkelling. There are a couple of restaurants, and the Great Pineapple Resort backs onto this beach. Some beach... More

The beach is quite long, the water is clear, the sand is fine. It is a public beach with some vendors but they don't hassle you. There are some hotel and restaurants who also have access to the beach More

Not as long as the m=name implies and is fronted by vendors and a resort. Halfmoon bay is better. More

We spent a couple of hours here as it took a long time to get there, through a terrible road with no signs and a lot of potholes...There are two hotels (one with a nice restaurant, la tartaruga) and the lovely sandy beach (which is pretty small) becomes quickly really crowded. More
