Very nice temple campus. Worth visiting. The temple is in a small village about 15 odd km from the highway NH7. You would first see a Huge Nandi and a beautiful lotus pond nearby before visiting the main temple. You could spent 1-2 hrs in the campus itself.

Lepakshi is a stunner... a beautiful stone temple, which includes a hooded snake lingam, huge nandi statue, a sixty pillar unfinished stone kalyana mantapa, lot of mural paintings.. a perfect 1 day getaway from a busy schedule, so close to namma bengaluru which makes it a must visit place! PS: there are no good restaurants/eateries in and around Lepakshi :-(
