We saw 5 tigers during our 3 safaris. This is definitely THE place for tiger sighting in India. Visit in the hottest months of April - May for best chances to see a tiger. We also saw -- a sloth bear, lots of deer, chowsingha (very rare), lots of sambar's, mongoose and amazing birds.

The natural beauty of the reserve is fantastic, even though we went there in the peak of summer. The wildlife sightings were plentiful with tigers, deer, wild boar, gaur and lots of birds and small mammals. The reserve could however do with better regulation. Private vehicles zoom around and more discipline can be enforced for minimising interference with wildlife.

This is THE reason why travelers travel to this part of the country. MUSSSST visit. We were lucky to sight a tigress graciously move within 10 feet of us. we all breathed out only after she had left us alone..

Tiger sighting is a matter if chance. As if you didn't know that already. But Tadoba is somewhat different. Here people coming back from safaris don't ask whether others have seen tigers. They talk in numbers - 1, 3, 5 and so on. I went on four safaris and spotted tigers on all four. In my four safaris the tiger... More

The park is just a beauty with its amazing landscape, scenic lakes, well maintained water source, and prey base no wonder... More

On an impulse I had agreed to spend three week-days, 10th to 12th April 2013, at Tadoba with friends who have an enviable record of sighting tigers. I wanted to improve my record of seeing a tiger in the wild only once (at Ranthambhore) out of about 12 trips to different national parks. We reached Tadoba after a super smooth... More

Our family of 4 with 2 young children visited Tadoba Tiger Reserve from the 12th - 15th April. We stayed in a small Resort called Saras Resort situated strategically next to the Moharli gate of Tadoba Tiger Reserve. The resort was basic with limited facilities but served our purpose. We went for 6 safaris & saw 5 different tigers in... More

One of the best tiger reserves where sighting tigers on every safari we went. Good arrangements which help the local economy since all the gypsies belong to locals.

I've visited various Tiger reserves numerous times since my childhood and never had such a plethora of Tiger sightings as i did at Tadoba! I don't expect that it is always so, but I believe the frequency of tiger sightings have increased in recent years.
