This site is unfenced and publicly accessible at no charge. Great place to see the enigmatic cart ruts and poke around the caves which have been in use for millennia. Also on the site is an ancient stone quarry. You need a good map to find the site and there are no facilities whatsoever. Close to Buskett Gardens.

We drove out through DIngli to see the DIngli Cliffs which are marked on most tourist maps. When we finally arrived, there is a small church on the side of the road that you walk around and a small wooden deck looking out over the sea towards the small island of Filifa. You cannot see any scenic cliffs from this...
