If you are interested in landscape design or gardening or any kind, this place is not to be missed. The design is amazing. Each path beckons you to take the next turn, or follow that side path. Waterfalls, ponds, peacocks, bridges, an amazing chapel - whatever you can think of, they have. The children's garden is FUN! I wish I... More

This is a woodland garden and everything was beautiful. They supplement the perennial plants with blooming annuals. We were told the Christmas decorations of handmade lighting displays are spectacular, as well as the tulip displays in the Spring. Paid $10 each additional to the entry fee so we could have a cart ride (like a golf cart) through the garden,... More

A lot to see and enjoy for only $10 a piece. It was wonderfully kept up and maintained. Definitely worth your time to go out and see while in Hot Springs.

My brother and I visited the Garvan Woodland Gardens on a visit to the Hot Springs area. We were awed by the size of the place. We walked around the entire gardens which took about 3 hours including time for photos. The paths were easy to walk and the layout of the flowers and gardens were well designed. We were... More

Well worth stopping by and browsing the various gardens. So many plants to admire. Stop by the glass chapel too. We were not able to go inside due to an event, but that is an amazing piece of architecture tucked among the trees

Garvan Gardens is beautiful all year, no matter when you choose to visit. There is an admission charge and there are also golf carts driven by volunteers for the handicapped or the elderly. Our family tradition is Christmas time. All 17 of us try to go over each year during the Christmas season for dinner and the Garden Christmas Lights... More

If you find yourself in Hot Springs in the spring, take the time to see the tulips. It is an amazing array of colors you can't find anywhere else. Step after step you're surrounded by the beauty of the gardens. Everything is well kept and the employees / volunteers on site are more than friendly. Don't forget your camera!!!

We went through discounted tickets from our wonderful Alpine Inn stay. The staff was very knowledgeable and wonderful. The weather turned cold on us so there weren't many others and we had the place to ourselves. You could spend several hours here. There is a nice "childrens area" that my husband and I played around on and found it incredible... More
