We returned to Tamborine Cooking School in August, 2012, to enjoy the Spanish cooking class. The host, Terri Taylor, and her lovely Mum June, made us very welcome throughout the day. This is a day well spent - not only is it educational, it's fun and it's delicious! It's hands-on, as we all took a turn to help prepare the... More

We highly recommend the Northern Italian Cooking class - or any other cooking class with Terri Taylor at Tamborine Cooking School. However, to call it a school or a class is an understatement - its more of a 'gourmet experience'. Masterchef Terri Taylor’s... More

Cooking made fun - Italian style. A group of us went for an afternoon of slicing, mixing, segmenting and ravioli making for a faux-hen's day. Perfect afternoon, relaxing in Terri's kitchen as she shared with us her tricks of the trade in vegetarian Italian cuisine. Unlike other cooking classes in commercial kitchens, the relaxed, country-style surrounds set in picturesque Mount... More

It started with a warm welcome with tea and lemon slice in a beautiful setting. Terri then shared techniques and secrets she learnt over the years working as a chef. She is also passionate about using local and seasonal produce and gladly shares her sources. Our Mediterranean menu was delicious and varied and was better than anything I've eaten at... More
