beautiful drive or walk - stunning scenery and views to take your breath away - particularly if you approach it from the Buncrana side. drive carefully though - steep ascent and steeper descent.

This is a great place if you fancy passing an hour or so on a drive, cycle or walk. Approaching from the Buncrana side you cannot miss the straight road going up the gap as you approach. Then on the other side it is windy going down. From the top you have one of the best views that I have... More

Looking back as we drove up on a wild sunny day - beautiful. We pulled in at a parking spot near the top and tracked our journey over the previous hour - on and off wonderful empty beaches. A wild lonely beautiful place

There really something magical on this trail. I was even shown just before a certain bump your car does move with the car brake on you have to get it seen to by a local as the spot is hard to find nearby the lake on your right coming from buncrana but the view is magnificent. There is our lady... More

You must drive over the mamore gap with its steep roads going both up and down and the views are breath taking. Coming over the Mamore gap from the Buncrana direction there is an area that has a gravity pull and it is said to be mysterious. You can try it out for yoursel. Drive up to the gap pass... More

A beautiful scenic drive. The road is narrow in part but well worth the drive. There are a few places to pull in and admire a stunning view. Not to be missed.

One of the more scenic stretches of road in Inishowen. A straight road on the south side and winding on the north. There is a small shrine near the top on the winding side and a few parking places to pull in and admire the view over the Atlantic. Well worth the drive and if you are a cyclist wanting... More
