I recommend you check out the limestone Quarry. Lots of neat limestone cliffs on limestone pebbles. with Lake Winnipeg included. The golf course is also pretty good. Don't go on a weekend or long weekend it's pretty busy there for it's slow golf

Only 2 hours to Winnipeg and you will find total relaxation. Great campground, super place to just go to and relax. Bring a fishing rod and head to the dock at the Village. A must see.

The hotel was very nice, however, there were hardly any people there. The golfing was nice.

The best way to get around and see most of the sights is by bike. Park your vehicle at the first picnic area past Hecla Village. This is where, in my opinion, the show starts because the limestone cliffs are very visible here. These layers upon layers of limestone make a stunning base for the spruce and deciduous forest above....
