A fantastic place. We cauld say: "Bask to the Past". Inside we a very interesting museum regarding the the Abbazia life in the meddle age: food, cooking, energy, water, architecture, etc You must visit it. Good restaurants in the square and very good "Agriturismo" restaurant in the neighborhood

The abbey is located on the banks of a small river. The town itself is small, but full of character. There are big parking lots (prepared for season based religious travelers), 2 restaurants and a neat hotel. The abbey is well kept. It is for sure a good stop for a few hours on the way from Milan to any...
