I enjoyed wandering the dim, cool galleries on a hot summer day! The ancient artifacts and art pieces tell the story of Japanese history. The gift shop was a nice place to get nicer gifts for friends than you might find at most tourist locations.

This is a classy, quiet place with beautiful Japanese style garden and mansion which used to belong to a Japanese aristocrat. It so nice to find peaceful, quiet and classical place like this in the middle of big city. Have nice exhibitions.
There is a large pond and the Coy fish here are so used to people, they come close...
