- Jenny FBrighton, United Kingdom15 contributionsFIRST CLASS VENUE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER FOCUS!Monica was amazing. Her knowledge of the business and wines was excellent. We hired a vintage bus with some 30 odd colleagues from The US, Bermuda and Europe and they were overjoyed at the excellent venue, superb choice of food platters with salmon, local cured hams and pickles etc. We had a fabulous day out at the winetasting and would highly recommend to any parties. Thank you Monica to you and your team. First class!Visited May 2023Travelled on businessWritten 25 May 2023
- James B3 contributionsWelcoming lovely wineryCame here on a corporate do - IRLA. It was truly wonderful. Lovely dog with the biggest waggiest tail, great wine, a brilliant wine talk (although I played ball with said dog for part of it). Then a great wine tasting and lunch, followed by a short tour of the winery. Their vermouth is something else, absolutely superb. Will come back with wife and dog in the summer.Visited May 2023Written 29 May 2023

- Anne777555West Sussex, United Kingdom20 contributionsIdyllic setting and great wine !Albourne Wine Estate is set in beautiful surroundings with views to the South Downs and Sussex countryside. We enjoyed the wine tour and tasting which was bought as a gift. The wines were exceptional and we enjoyed a glass of bubbly in the tasting bar after our tour. The venue is modern and a great addition to the estate. Unfortunately the weather was damp on that day so we were unable to sit out on the terrace but we still enjoyed the whole experience. We will definitely be back !Visited July 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 31 July 2023
- Nicky A5 contributionsFriday Supper ClubAfter a really positive response from the Estate after a ‘hiccup’ with an independent caterer at one of their previous Friday Supper Clubs we returned last Friday. We had a fabulous evening in their peaceful vineyard with lovely food from Specs & Bear, seamless service from the Estate & great wine. Highly recommend.Visited August 2023Written 20 August 2023
- Peter SHaywards Heath, United Kingdom38 contributionsNice wine and cheese tasting in a family run vineyardVery pleasant cheese and wine tour at this family run winery. An informative but informal tour of the vineyard and the presses and other equipment before a convivial tasting of a sparkling, still white, rose snd vermouth, with matching cheeses. All in a very nice rustic style setting.Visited August 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 27 August 2023

Beautiful views of the South Downs. A lovely bouquet vineyard with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The wine is all made onsite from grapes grown on the the estate and it is delicious, the still rosé was a stand out for us. Thank you to the team.

I joined the vineyard tour and loved the stunning views over the South Downs. I also loved the wines, my favourite being the sparkling wine!

The views were amazing, I took so many photos!
I went to the tasting room to be welcomed by super friendly Tam and Luka which gave me some taster's of wine which they had good knowledge of which helped me choose which one to buy and take home.
I highly recommend Albourne Estate a must visit.

I organised a staff party at the vineyard and was amazed at the location and service provided. The team were amazingly friendly and warm. The tour and tasting was fun and informative. They provided us with such a good day out and I'm very grateful. We also were lucky enough to visit the vineyard on one of their supper club events which was lovely, the food was great and the evening was very relaxed and enjoyable.

Hi - just one mile down the road is The Gingerfox or if you prefer a cafe, another 0.5 miles is Rushfields. Alternatively there are plenty of good pubs - try The Royal Oak at Wineham or The New Inn at Hurstpierpoint.
