Arta is a great place to see if you are in Djibouti.
Is about 1h30min drive from Djibouti town. The beach is with stones, you do not have accommodations. You can camp if you choose too. We did not, but I saw some French people.
The sea is wonderful; you can see plenty of fish if you snorkel or dive....
