This is a lovely hotel, close to the center of town. The restaurant food is fantastic with good portions and great choice wine. The only down side is the hair drier in the room which is located in the bath room is not strong enough to style so straighteners and your own hair drier is recommended. more

Stayed in Italy over the New Year. Been to this hotel before and it is still as good as before. Food in the restaraunt is very good. Along with my wife and some friends we stayed at the Hotel Palazzo Baldi in the old town of Galatina over New Year arriving on the 30th of December 2009.
