I'd managed to obtain an incredible rate at this hotel for a 6 night stay for my first Japan trip and very much enjoyed the trip and the location and comfort of this hotel played a large part. As soon as you walk into the hotel you are greeted by friendly, helpful and professional staff. When I checked in I was offered free chop sticks as a gift and I was personally shown to my room.
