We stayed 6 nights at the Pan Pacific and couldn't fault it. The rooms (we were in a Deluxe) were spacious and comfortable and we had a good view overlooking the pool. Cairnhill Tower

We stayed at Cairnhill towers for a month. Its a great location and very close to Newton MRT (5 min-walk). The property is in good condition and the apt is cleaned three times a week.
